Living the Country Life My Way
I am definitely a country girl that loves to garden, quilt, preserve, hunt, and read. I love my family more than anything in the world. I live with my husband of fifty years. We have a son, daughter, granddaughter and grandson. We live on a 500+ acre farm in Virginia with about 75 cows & bulls, thirty chickens, and three dogs.
Yesterday I woke up in the mood for blueberry cobbler and boy is it good. BUT I went overboard, made a pecan pie and a chocolate pie! Now, just guess who’s going to eat all of that????
I will add the recipes to my cooking page sometime this week, but I really need to get out of the house or I’m going to be as big as a barn by the end of this winter!!!!
